They are friendly and always keen to help and advise you. Our experienced butchers will also cut meat to your specific requirements upon request.
All of our meat is specially selected from quality, established suppliers, enabling us to constantly maintain our high standard. Our policy is to 'take the best and leave the rest'. The quality of our beef is further enhanced by leaving it ‘hanging-on-the-bone’ for the correct amount of time — this process makes the beef more tender and improves the flavour. |
